“Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.The Spirit and the bride say, ‘Come.’ And let the one who hears say, ‘Come.’ And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.”

October 11, 2020 summary:  There is more to the Samaritan story than just being a good neighbor in Luke 10:25-36. The Samaritan is a figure of Yeshua who also feels the pain of rejection by His own people; yet He continues to have compassion on them by applying the oil and wine to their many injuries.

Shalom, shalom; peace, peace in the name of Yeshua. This is Crystal Sharpe and welcome to the Ancient Scrolls program.

I do have a website called ancientscrollsonline.com. I do post prophetic dreams, visions and prophetic words from the Lord. Now and again someone will message a dream so I will have it posted as well.

Shema from Deuteronomy 6

Shema, O Israel, the LORD God, the LORD is One.

You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength.

Psalm 24

The earth is the LORD’s and the fullness thereof; the world and those who dwell therein.

Father YHVH,

We realize that You are the King of the Universe, King over heaven and earth. We thank You for Your Word, for the life, death, resurrection, ascension and soon return of Your Son Yeshua.

We forgive others of their sins as we desire to be forgiven.

We pray that You push back the darkness and permit Your righteousness and justice to reign in the earth. We are petitioning for the release of Your angels to cut down the enemy that seeks to hinder the movement of Your Spirit of revival. We pray against fear. We pray for a great repentance to fall upon this nation, Israel and the nations. We pray that Your Holy Spirit will arrest our unsaved loved ones, we desire them to come to the saving knowledge of Yeshua. We pray for deep emotional, physical and mental healing of children who have been sexually abused, tormented; so many are broken by their experiences. Thank You, Father, that many are now being rescued from this trade. We pray for exposure of those in high places in this nation that are associated with such wickedness, we pray for justice. We pray the immoral Jezebel spirit that has permeated the nation and the church will be cast down.

We pray this in the name of Yeshua. Amen.

I know I have been concentrating on the autumn feasts of the Lord, but they are significant in teaching us, to prepare us for the end of days. Let us not be like the Jews who did not understand that Yeshua was the fulfillment of these feasts, and they missed the timing of His visitation.

The autumn feasts are known as the “end of days.”

Okay, the Lord’s autumn feasts Yom T’ruah, the ten Days of Awe that lead up to Yom Kippur are over. His feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot began Friday night October 2nd and we are in the second day of it. This feast is also known as the Feast of Rejoicing, or the Season of Our Joy, the Feast of the Nations. It serves as a prophetic visual, or the rehearsal, for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in the Messianic Kingdom. The marriage supper will last a thousand years, not seven years as some teach in error. This is where Yeshua will Tabernacle with His people and His people will tabernacle with Him.

Tabernacles will last 7 days and end on October 8th with the last great day of it called Hoshanah Rabbah. Hoshanah is Salvation and Rabbah is great, hence, it means Great Salvation.

An example is found in Luke 7:37. Yeshua had attended the feast of Tabernacles and on the last day of it he makes a proclamation.

“On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying: ‘If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me, and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said: Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”

He cries out at the time of the water pouring ceremony at the Temple. The priest would go to the waters of Siloam, take a pitcher full of water, and return with a procession following him.

Those in the procession would have a lulav, a willow and four species of fruit. The men would wear white, which is called a kittle, and they would shake the lulav. The lulav is a closed frond consisting of palm, myrtle, and willow branches, they would shake it would sound like rain. They would circle the altar seven times and the pitcher of water would be poured out at the base of the altar.

Luke 7:37 “On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying: ‘If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me, and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said: Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’”

But he spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Yeshua was not yet glorified.

The early sages taught “at the feast of Sukkot judgment is made concerning the waters,” referring to the rain needed for the forthcoming planting season. The historian Josephus calls the ceremonial drawing of water from the Pool of Siloam “the very sacred close of the year,” since the amount of rainfall over the next few months would directly impact the harvest in the spring. The need for rain over the winter months in Israel was an ongoing need for the welfare of the people . . .

Yeshua points to Himself as the source of spiritual living water that would sustain their spiritual lives; the refreshing power of the Holy Spirit that would become an inner source of life for those who believe.

Another example of the imagery of Hoshana Rabah is found in Revelation 7, after John sees the 144,000 being sealed, he then sees a great multitude which no one could number of all the nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothes with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying: Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!

I know I have mentioned it before, Tabernacles is called the Feast of the Nations. The reason behind it being called that is found in  the book of Zechariah, chapter 14. The culmination of the ages, where the world as we know it will no longer exist, the system of Babylon, or the system of man, will be finally be destroyed.

The prophet Zechariah speaks of the 70 nations coming up against Israel under the direction of Gog, the prince of Magog. The Christians call Gog the antichrist.

Ezekiel 39:11 Revelation 19

These passages give us information that Yeshua will destroy Gog and his military and they will be buried in Israel.

Zechariah 14:16 then explains that everyone who is left of the nations will go to Jerusalem to worship King Yeshua, and keep the feast of Tabernacles. Those nations who do not send emissaries to participate in the marriage feast year after year will receive no rain for their crops. Not only that but in verse 18, it says: they shall receive the plague with which the LORD strikes the nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

We will focus on the word plague, in Hebrew the word would be  maggephah.

Verse 18. If the family of Egypt will not come up and enter in, they shall have no rain; they shall receive the plague, with which the LORD strikes the nations who do not come up to keep the feast of Tabernacles.

The plague issued will be the same plague mentioned in Zechariah 14:12

And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem. Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet, their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, and their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths

The Hebrew word for plague (maggephah) is mentioned 21 times in the Tanach and four times in the book of Zechariah. It’s first use is mentioned in Exodus 9:14 where it describes the plagues to pierce pharaoh’s heart, and we know that the last plague struck the firstborn in Egypt including Pharaoh’s son, so it pierced him.

Plague (0834)(maggephah from nagaph = to strike or smite) means a blow, pestilence, defeat, plague, slaughter, pestilence, strike, smite. It always denotes a plague sent by God. Maggephah frequently describes a blow reflecting divine retribution as is recorded in Zachariah 14.

This plague will be most severe: their flesh will rot while they stand on their feet, and their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongue will rot in their mouth – Think about this scene – if the flesh rots, all that is left is the skeleton without flesh (muscle) to hold it up, it literally falls to the ground! Anyone who has seen Raiders of the Lost Ark recalls a most incredible scene when the Germans open the Ark of the Covenant and this plasma like substance escapes and strikes them through their eyes and mouths and destroys them all. So, in this passage it is a sudden putrefaction that occurs, they rot before the skeleton falls to the ground.

Some insist that this plague mentioned is a nuclear bomb, and I would not downplay that at all since we live in a world where nations possess them, however, it is not nuclear warfare which will be the means of such terrible suffering, for the victory will be achieved by the power of God alone. The consuming of the enemy here is not the result of any humanly devised scientific invention. It is clear then from the passage that the plague comes from God. The foes of Israel will be destroyed by a living death, the rotting of the body while still alive. How horrible this will be. There will be the corruption of death together with an awful sense of their sin in seeking to overthrow God’s people and city. Their tongues rotting out.

It is similar to what is described in Revelation 20:7, only at that time, the enemies of God will be destroyed with fire.

Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is the sand of the sea. They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them.

God snuffing out His enemies at the end of the Messianic Age just before the Eternal Day may occur at the autumn feasts of the Lord once more; because the feasts, serve as a prophetic pattern.

At the entry of the Messianic Age, Gog the Prince of Magog/antichrist will be destroyed and cast into the lake of fire along with the false prophet and those who worshiped his image and received the mark of the beast. The rest were killed with the sword that proceeded out of the mouth of Yeshua. Revelation 19:20-21.

After the Messianic Age, the devil will be loosed for a little and another Gog/Magog will ensue. Revelation 20:8 He will lose once more for the last time. The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fore and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

It is a repeated pattern of the autumn feasts.

After this the world will be burned up. According to Peter 3:10, the heavens will pass away with great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. He continues that after this there will be new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells which goes along with Revelation 21 and 22 follow that order with a new heaven, a new earth, a New Jerusalem: He who sits on the throne will say: “Behold, I make all things new.” This new heaven and new earth will be known as the Eighth Day/Sh’mini Atzeret. This is also known as the Eternal Day. It will be without end.

We are right now in these feasts that serve as prophetic rehearsals for what is to come. We are approaching the time of the return of the Lord Yeshua, the Messiah. I have been saying we are in the end of days. As we move along it will become more evident.

As a reminder, we are going to see a revival of great proportions. Right now, we are struggling in this nation, and the other nations are struggling as well. But we are on the cusp of this great movement of God. He is going to bring in a great harvest.

Right now, Christians are praying against several spirits and one in particular is the Jezebel spirit that has infiltrated the nation and the church. The Jezebel spirit is the spirit of immorality, and idolatry where food is eaten that has been dedicated to idols. It is called leaven. The teachings of the world where sin is acceptable and promoted has taken up residence in the church. The church of Thyatira (Revelation 2).

The good news is the Jezebel spirit is being dealt with right now in this nation. It has been violent because of the many spirits that have come in through idolatry, witchcraft and laws passed in favor of murder and sexual perversions.

II Kings 9:30-35

Now when Jehu (means ‘God is he. He was a reformist and the 10th king over the kingdom of Israel. He was anointed by one of the prophets of Elisha to eliminate the House of Ahab who was then King over Israel) had come to Jezreel (God will sow, or God will scatter), Jezebel (her name means not exalted) heard of it; and she put paint on her eyes and adorned her head, and looked through a window. 31 Then, as Jehu entered at the gate, she said, “Is it peace, Zimri, murderer of your master?” 32 And he looked up at the window, and said, “Who is on my side? Who?” So, two or three eunuchs looked out at him. 33 Then he said, “Throw her down.” So they threw her down, and some of her blood spattered on the wall and on the horses; and he trampled her underfoot. 34 And when he had gone in, he ate and drank. Then he said, “Go now, see to this accursed woman, and bury her, for she was a king’s daughter.” 35 So they went to bury her, but they found no more of her than the skull and the feet and the palms of her hands.

  1. They came back and told him. And he said: this is the word of the LORD, which He spoke by His servant the Tishbite, saying: On a plot of ground at Jezreel dogs shall eat of the flesh of Jezebel. And the corpse of Jezebel shall be as refuse on the surface of the field, in the plot at Jezreel, so that they shall not say: Here lies Jezebel.

The passage is not clear on if it was 2 or 3 eunuchs, 2 is the number of separation, and 3 is the number of resurrection or newness because in Genesis the earth appeared with grass and sprouts. Yehu eliminated the whole house of Ahab (Omri, father) began the process of Israel returning to worship YHVH.

The eunuchs of God, those without worldly appetites, are going to throw her to the dogs.

This serves as a prophetic pattern, the elimination of Jezebel, the separation that is in process now and the resurgence of righteousness and justice.

Every church should have a Jehu/Yehu and eunuchs.

I am at the end of the program.

If it is God’s will I will be here next program. Remember to walk by faith and not by sight. Do two things this week: love and forgive. Ask God to cleanse you from all unrighteousness every day. Keep your spiritual garments clean from spots, wrinkles and blemishes. Love God and love your neighbor.
